Cancellation Policy
Pet sitting and overnight visits: 50% cancellation fee of the total amount due if canceled less than 48-hours prior to the first scheduled service day during non-holiday times. 50% cancellation fee of the total amount due if canceled less than 7 days prior to the first scheduled service day during holiday times.
Dog walking: 50% cancellation fee of the total amount due if canceled less than 4-hours prior to the scheduled walk time during non-holiday times. 50% cancellation fee of the total amount due if canceled less than 12-hours prior to the scheduled walk time during holiday times.
